Question : I am having right lower back pain that radiates to my right pelvis and right scrotum. I had am MRI of my pelvis that they said didn't show anything but i was just curious if someone could look at the attached picture and tell me what the arrow is pointing to. Is that normal or is that like a dilated artery or vein?

The arrow in the picture is likely showing a part of the bowel and is collapsed. It is not an artery or vein.
You may upload all the images to dropbox and share the link and allow me to have a detailed look at your scan images.

It might help to know if you got scrotum ultrasound scan done.
