The ct scan 1 year ago was normal all except a very large amount of stool in my ascending colon. I’ve been told I have ibs. It also showed a non-obstructing kidney stone in right kidney (hx of 6 kidney stones since age 24). The pain is severe at times but it eases up when I rest. I have many very sore spots in my back.

It's possible that the kidney stone has grown in size since the last CT scan. It would be best to get another scan.
