Hi
Right sided lower abdominal pain can be due to Appendicitis, Right sided Ureteric stone,Right sided twisted ovarian cyst.As you have no Appendix and Ovary, Right sided Ureteric stone has to be Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
If it is normal, then we think of inflammation of the Caecum, which is affected due to infections like Amoebiasis.
Please consult a Doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen.
Till investigations,i prescribe an antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.

Thank you so much. Karen’s diagnosis at ER was kidney stone. That seems to match with your possible diagnosis or uretic stone. Yours truly, Don Bayne
