Question: I am having small to medium nodules on my chest and back for past 12 years. Most of them have been inactive and at some places it is showing up with new nodules which is affecting my confidence and mental health.

Yes, sometimes I have the urge to itch at these sites

They look like keloid scars.
Haven't heard it until now, can it be permanently removed.
