I am having swollen lymp nodes for past 2 months at the jaw gland region on my.left side and no other symptoms I visited the GP and scan was done I was told it is just infections of lymp nodes and I have been given antibiotics which I took but the size is the same what shall I do

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all, request for FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology. This will help to know the cause of not resolving lymph node swelling.
Biopsy if FNAC is not conclusive.
Relevant tests of blood.
This will give the definitive diagnosis so that the management will be specific and effective.
Also get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon.
