Question : I am in UK and we have 12 week quarantine for "vulnerable".
I would like o know if myself and my children need to do this please

I wouldnt call you vulnerable as your age does not fall into the age criteria.
secondly you dont seem to be on any major immunosuppressant drugs. so I dont see any reason for quarantine. unless there is a specific advisory in your country.
