Brief Answer:
Use naproxen or ibuprofen - codeine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should use pain medications more stronger than ibuprofen you are currently using. Different reasons may cause it such as arthritis, osteoarthritis or even fybromyalgia.

You can use naproxen for pain or ibuprofen- codeine.
Treating depression issues can help you cope with pain.
You can use tricyclic antidepressants such amitryptiline.

You should visit an ophthalmologist for peripheral blindness you currently have. Glaucoma may be a possible reason.
As per about hearing problems you can use hearing aids.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
