Question:
I am in my 20s and have been expirencing extreme fatigue and have been overall feeling lethargic for months now. Additionally, I have extremely low libido, which is super frustrating in my 20s. I eat healthy and regularly exercise. I have put off looking into this for a while now but I feel that I have exhausted my attempts to solve the problem on my own. I%E2%80%99ve tried more sleep, less sleep, cutting different food groups, more intense exercise, less intense exercise and can%E2%80%99t seem to escape this feeling. I live a happy and active life but this extreme fatigue is truly beginning to wear on me. Any advice or help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Whether it be that I need to seek out a blood draw or whatever, I am desperate. Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Visit your clinician for complete evaluation and clinical examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

There can be multiple reasons for extreme fatigue and low libido.
Physical issues include hormonal imbalances (specially low testosterone),chronic infections, inflammatory conditions,as a side effect of medicines, alcohol and drug abuse.
Psychological issues include anxiety, depression etc.

Kindly visit your clinician for complete physical and clinical examination and further evaluation.
He would go for your blood work including blood counts, serum testosterone levels, thyroid profile and minerals, electrolytes and serum vitamin levels.
He would tailor your treatment protocol according to the examination findings and investigation reports.

Time being, continue having a nourishing diet including plentiful of fruits and raw vegetables,be physically active, have a good 8 hours sleep in night,de stress yourself, meditate, get sun exposure and have commercially available preparations of multivitamins and omega 3 fatty acids.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
