Well, if you're looking for mild to moderate pain relief, ACETAMINOPHEN (eg. Tylenol) would be the safest choice in this scenario (provided they've been taken as 500mg three to four times daily or 650mg three times daily at the max). Please do not take them on an empty stomach and always ensure to drink plenty of water afterwards.

And in case there's severe pain, prescription-based pain medications such as Opioid groups (eg. Tramadol) can be taken under strict medical supervision. Please note, there are several different types of blood thinners and their mode of actions are different also.
