Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think this are scabies bumps, doesn't look much like bad bugs.
Also the scratching that happens mostly at night and goes a bit and reappears is characteristic of scabies.
I think you can use an ointment with benzyl benzoate and permethrin (ex antiscabia). Apply it all over body except head and keep it for 14 hours. Then wash it.
Also wash all your clothes at high temperatures, vacuum the carpet and clean everything.
