Question : I am not sure the answer to my previous question was correct. IT does not seem to have resolved the issue. any suggestions?

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached on reports and most probably it can be a yeast infection.
You may need to do an urethral secretions smear to check for candida to confirm it.
Using antifungal creams such monistat or clotrimoxazol is advisable.
Also use loose cotton underwear.
If it still doesn't get better you can use oral antifungals such fluconazole.
