                                    Brief Answer:
Gallbladder has to be removed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your symptoms are due to calculous cholecystitis.
Once there is an episode of cholecystitis, there are high chances of recurrent episodes of cholecystitis.
Any symptomatic gallstone has to be treated.
So the gallbladder has to be removed.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, you can live a normal life after gallbladder removal.
Regarding fatty liver, the obvious risk factor in your case is obesity. Try to reduce your weight and keep your BMI at less than 25.
Check for other risk factors like diabetes and high cholesterol.
Get a liver function test done to see if it is simple fatty liver or a complicated one.
Treating the risk factor will reverse fatty liver.

Dr.R.K

will I be able to lead a normal life after gall bladder removal?
I have 2nd grade fatty liver, If I lead life style modification like regular walking, strict dieting, high fiber intake and necessary others and reduce my weight to desired weight, Is there a possibility that my 2nd grade fatty liver gets reversed? will there be any complications after it gets reversed?
