Brief Answer:
Yes, it increases risk of clotting.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Actually it can cause blood clotting, but do not worry.
You just look for some symptoms, like, pain, swelling in your limbs.
Whenever you feel such symptoms, visit your doctor to rule out clotting.
Never sit for more than 4 hours, without moving leg.
(like in train, bus, flight, it can lead to clotting)
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
