Question : From past few days I am observing few white spots on my arms & chest. It itches most of the times and happens more when I do perform any sort of Physical Training I.e. Weight training, Cardio erc.

My request is to provide some remedy .

I have gone through your query. It can be most likely fungal infection. If you send a picture of the spots then it will be more helpful.
I would suggest Clotrimazole (Candid B) cream or Miconazole (Zole F) for local application. This you can apply twice daily for 7 days.
