Question : Hi doctor i want to ask a question that worries me too much please read my query carefully. I am so scared of cancers in general and i have severe OCD related to it. Yesterday i was doing a compulsion (reading an article about lung cancer and there was a sentence i did not understand i was trying to figure it out) i was stressed and i was trying to understand what it means correctly and exactly. And while doing this i was putting my right hand on my chest (in the middle i think or a little to the right). And since i am so scared of cancers and i was reading an essay about lung cancers (NSCLC and SCLC) and i was so stressed, a thought popped up in my head: what if there is a negative energy or bad power because of my extreme fears and stress in that moment spread through my hand (that i put on chest in that moment) to my chest and my lungs (or any other organ under my hand) and cause genes mutation and DNA damages in a direct way. Is it possible doctor?

No, this is not possible. So no need to worry for lung cancer.
This can not cause DNA damage and lung cancer.
