Question : I am suffering by up right chest, shoulder arm and neck pain in last 4 days. And these pain during extreme deep breath also. Due to this i have difficulty in laying on lower. Dry cough coming. What will be the remedies and why it would be?

Hi,

As I understand you have pain over the right shoulder, arm, chest, neck over the last 4 days along with dry cough; and the pain exaggerates with deep breathing.

The pain either could be a muscular ache or related to excessive coughing. Do you have any other symptoms such as fever, throat pain, nasal congestion, breathlessness, palpitation and so on?

If there are no other associated complaints, I will suggest to use antihistamines like tab montec LC twice daily along with benadryl dry cough syrup. Apply ice alternating with warm compresses over painful areas. You may also use pain killers like tab aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for added pain relief.

Considering the current circumstances, you should carefully monitor the cough. Remain isolated from your family and closed ones. Follow the rules of personal hygeine recommended. If necessary visit a local doctor for physical evaluation.

Thanks for valuable prescription, its very relief ful while using, but i need permanent solution for that i want seek which specialist help please suggest?
