Brief Answer:
Need dietary and life style changes...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It seems you have a chronic hyperacidity problem. And like any other chronic condition, it should be addressed by diet change and lifestyle modifications.
You should avoid fasting and have meals at regular intervals.
Avoid hot, spicy food, and deep-fried foods.
Avoid junk food including sauces.
Make sure you have adequate sleep.
Avoid smoking and alcohol if any.
Maintain adequate weight.
Start physical exercises.
Avoid getting into bed immediately after dinner; dinner should be at least an hour or two before your sleeping time.
These changes will keep your acidity problems in check.
It may also be worthwhile to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy to rule out other associated gastric conditions including H.pylori infection.
For a while, as you plan the diet and life style change, you can consider a brief course of acid-lowering medication like cap Nexpro L or cap pan D twice daily half an hour before food for a couple of weeks.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.
