Brief Answer:
Admission to Hospital, intravenous therapy, further investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, seen the reports and understood some concerns.
Reports are of only blood and urine.
Please post Ultrasound/CT scan/MRI (MRCP) of abdomen to know the status of abdominal organs. And any other investigations if done.
The reports shows the following: and the need as per the reports you have posted:
- Your all cells that is white, red blood cells and platelets are reduced as also haemoglobin and Haematocrit: This may indicate bone marrow suppression and hence you need to take an opinion of a Haematologist and go for further tests for evaluation and management as per the reports.
- May may need whole blood transfusion. This will help correct many things as mentioned above.
- Albumin is too low and should be corrected by intravenous albumin therapy. Needs admission, proper clinical examination and correlation to the investigations, additional investigations as would be needed.
- ESR of 84 indicates old nature of the diseases.
- Liver functions are deranged: Raised Alkaline indicates a possibility of obstruction to the bile flow hence the need of MRCP/Ultrasound
- Rest of the things will be corrected.
Stem cell therapy is still under stage of development.
Hence full evaluation and proper management will only help to overcome the problems.

I hope this answers your query and help-s in proper diagnosis and management of the whole problems.
