Question : Hi. My name is Arpita. I am suffering from cold. I am having congestion in nose. And intermittently I am having a light fever of around 99 which is coming and going. From today I am suffering from complete loss of smell

I have gone through your query. We need to wait for 2 to 3 days and observe for any worsening of symptoms or persistence of symptoms. If any you need to visit a hospital asap and get tested for Covid-19.

You can take:
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days After Food,
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 for 10 days After food.
Tab. Sinarest 1-0-1 for 2 days after food.
Tab. Dolo 650 mg S.O.S, for fever, body ache or headache.
Tab, Limcee once daily for 30 days After food.
Cap. Becadexamin once daily for 30 days after food.

-Warm salt water gargling and mouth rinse thrice daily or after meal/drink
-Steam inhalation and deep breathing exercises for 20 minutes twice daily.
-Home quarantine and maintain social distancing and sanitisation.
