Question : I am suffering from cold,headache and my nose and throat is blocked. I have itching sensation inside throat. vioce also got changed.

Hello,

This seems to be acute exacerbation of allergy. You can take your antiallergic medicine like levocetrizine tablet as needed, XXXXXXX twice a day. You can also add a steroidal nasal spray like Rhinocort that can be used when the nasal block is severe. It is not be used regularly. You can also do gargles with coconut oil twie a day.
