I have read your query and understood your concern .The reports mentioned do not show any abnormalities. I would recommend a paracetamol tablet to control fever on SOS basis and a cough syrup such as Benadryl incase of severe cough .Kindly attach reports if any other test taken such as urine R/E and fever profile test.
