I am suffering from itching problems in my hips. Its a really irritation please help me out

Fungal infection, oral and topical antifungals

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like a fungal infection.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antifungals.
I would recommend you to apply luliconazole cream on the affected area once daily for 3 weeks.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Oral antifungals like tablet terbinafine 250 mg twice daily can be tried, these are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
