It is common to have some infections during pregnancy and lactation. It is ok o breastfeed during such mild infections. You have to take medicines and antibiotics judiciously during this period.

Hi Doctor,
Thank you for your response.
I have taken DOLO 650 one tablet and fever seems to be gone.
Can you tell me if the paracetamol that I consume will also affect the baby as I feed.? The baby seems to be drowsy post me feeding her.

Paracetamol in Dolo will not affect the baby. The drowsiness in baby is not related to dolo 650. If the medicine contains some antiallergic like chlorpheniramine as in Dolo-Cold, then it may cause drowsiness. So you may check for the composition in the medicine.
