Question : I am suspicious I have some type of anemia. Symptoms: gets cold fast/not that cold environments, toes and fingers most of the time cold, hair possibly is thinning. I also have trouble coordinating my walk.. I’m wondering what natural ways can help this like through diet ect

Hello dear,

Your symptoms seem to be related to anemia.
I recommend to do a complete blood count to confirm the diagnosis.
If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest to take an iron supplement to treat the anemia.
As per the diet I recommend using red meat, spinach, beans and seafood which are rich in iron.
I also recommend to use vitamin C rich food such as lemon or oranges.
These foods help in the absorption of iron.
