Question : I am taking 20 mg of esctalipram and recently started to take CDB oil and am feeling really well. There is zero amount of THC in the oil. I intend to keep taking the escatalipram. Any harm in this?

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The use of CBD oil in clinical practice is still doubtful.
In some parts of the world, it is even yet not approved for clinical use.
In others,it is still a prescription drug and is subject to regulations.
Researches are still going on to prove it's therapeutic benefit but it has been extensively studied for its potential role in diseases like anxiety, depression,heart ailments and cancer pain and the tentative result is quite positive.
There are no reported clinically significant drug interactions between escitalopram and CBD Oil.
So,though there are no concrete evidences,if you find it beneficial to ease your symptoms,there is no harm in taking it simultaneously.
But remember...overdoing anything is always bad.
Role of Physical activity,having sun exposure,good sleep,nourishing diet,meditation and other relaxation techniques,counseling and peer support can never be underestimated.
