Question : I am taking cymbals 60mg once a day. I have been on it for one week. I am also at the same time being weaned off Paxil 40mg. I am now taking 20mg. I knew I was going to have withdrawals, but I'm not sure which one is causing them.

I have tremors, rapid speech, dizziness, I itch all over and my head feels like it won't quiet down.
What do you think?
If it's the Paxil, I'll just try to get deal with it.

I think this are characteristic paxil withdrawal symptoms.
I encourage you to have the strength to deal with them and they will soon subside.
This symptoms will reach the maximum in fifth day and will completely resolve in 2-3 weeks.
Meanwhile you should try some tips to cope with them.
*go for a walk outside in a park
*have black chocolate since it naturally increases serotonin levels
* go for yoga or physical activity
*meet with friends.
