Hi,
Thanks for uploading the CT scan report.
You have features of acute on chronic pancreatitis.
And you have obstructive jaundice which has occurred as a complication of pancreatitis.
This obstructive is what is causing symptoms like yellow urine, itching etc and also the abnormal liver function test. This obstruction has to be relieved for which a procedure called ERCP has to be done and a stent has to be placed in common bile duct.
The other steps include finding the cause for this pancreatitis. Gallstones and alcohol intake are the two common causes of pancreatitis. Good that you have stopped drinking alcohol. Your scan is showing gallstones/sludge which can lead to pancreatitis. So gallbladder has to be removed.
Autoimmune pancreatitis should also be ruled out as this is one of the types of pancreatitis that causes obstructive jaundice. Endoscopic ultrasound and a biopsy from pancreas and serum IgG4 tests are to be done.
You need to consult a Gastroenterologist for the above mentioned procedures and tests.

Dr.R.K.
