Thanks for your query.

When nicotine is smoked in form of cigarette it used to decrease Hormonal level administered from outside by enzyme induction. But this effect is less with nicotine patch.

There is no serious interaction between hormonal therapy and nicotine. Supervision of physician is must for such treatment.
