Question : Dear Doc,

Good afternoon.

I have been taking Paroxetine 25 mg as prescribed by my psychiatrist since many years. I am married now. Due to this medicine I am unable to have a good sex life as my erection is less, it's in banana shape and I can't feel hardened. Without taking medicine for two days, I find my penis more hard and willing for sex. As I can't leave this medicine, I want to the know the alternative solution in any form so that my sex life doesn't suffers.

Hello,
Buspirone can used instead of paroxetine. It can reverse paroxetine induced sexual dysfunction. Check with your doctor about this option.
Another safe option is use of Ashwagandha.
