Question : I am using psychiatric medicines from last 6-8months (as attached), what will be prognosis? are the prescribed medicines indicates anything related to severity of illness?

You have mentioned in history that you are on Lithium Carbonate, Rexipra or Escitalopram and Amitone.

Lithium is a mood stabiliser and is used in bipolar disorders, resistant depression. Escitalopram and Amitone are antidepressants.

Please provide me more details about the problem. What kind of symptoms you had and why they put you on these medicines? How the symptoms started and progressed?
