I am very worried as over the last few months I have been having symptoms of an STI such as multiple UTI’s , itching and just before I went to have a look at my vagina and it was all clumpy and had white bumps but inside the actually vagina was all lumpy !!

It also causes white discharge or itchiness.
2) The yellow urine is probably due to the an urinary tract infection.
I suggest to do a urine to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
Meanwhile,I suggest to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
3) Yeast infection is very common.
It is a very treatable condition. I also recommend to check for a bacterial vaginosis through a swab test.
