Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to be having pigmented purpuric dermatoses.
It is a pigmentary disorder of the skin associated with prolonged standing, sitting, individuals having thyroid dysfunction, diabetes and obese individuals.
I would recommend you to get your thyroid function tests and fasting blood sugar levels checked.
I would recommend you to take tablet calcium dobesilate 500 mg twice daily, tablet vitamin B 12 once daily and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
