Question : I am wondering if this is a prolapse or haemorrhoids? Constipation and bad bloating for 6 months. no pain itching or bleeding

Looks like prolapse.

Hi there,
From picture i feel that I could be a mild prolapse.
Go to any Surgeon or G.P
They would do a rectal examination.If required may be an MRI.
Very likely it's prolapse.
Use laxative(lactulose)and don't strain while defecating.
