Brief Answer:
Don't worry about it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this is something to worry about. An NT less than 3.5 mm is considered normal when proportional to baby height. The NT grows in proportional with your baby and probably he is a tall baby.
You may also do the triple marker test ,usually done around week 12 for genetical deformities and both results taken together are more reliable.
So as a conclusion don't worry about 2.3 mm NT.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
