Ok Dr I have attached all reports. You will note my liver is a bit enlarged. Evidently I have fatty liver disease but I am hoping its minimal or mild.
If so, could it still cause RUQ discomfort or is that unlikely? It may be my IBS?
I have eliminated all alcohol, and improved my diet: as a result I have actually gone from 205 no clothes to 197 pounds but trying to get to 190. I play tennis 1 1/2 hours singles 2x per week. I have added Vitamin E 800 mg and Milk thistle and take 3 teaspoons full of extra virgin olive oil daily.
Thank you for your analysis. I can tell you are a very smart dr.

I did not add that I definitely have a bit of a belly albeit I have lost some weight via diet. I should add that I am 73 inches tall.
Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Seen the attached reports.
The reports specifically say:
Fibrosis stage= F0 means no fibrosis.
Microinflammation act grade = A0 means no activity.
All others within normal limits.
MRI showing no disease - except 2 tiny ''benign lesions'' and Kidney cysts.
Only Ultrasonography showing 17 cm size and hyerechoeic consistent with steatosis and same as MRI for Kidney cysts.
Both the reports are signed by the same Doctor.
In view of normal lab reports and mild enlargement of liver with steatosis seen only on ultrasonography, I do not think this to be the cause of pain in RUQ.
As per height and weight the BMI is about 26 means just above the normal limit of 25. So reducing the weight further is a better idea and you can really go for it as this will help the steatosis too. Elimination of alcohol will help further normalize the steatosis and next Ultrasonography may show normal liver.
I hope this answer helps you further.
Please feel free to communicate further and sincere thanks for your appreciation.
Your feedback awaited.
With Regards.
