After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with tachycardia and no ther significant STT changes.

Overall a normal ecg.

Don’t go with the interpretation that comes printed on ecg as that’s not reliable. Those are all non specific and not serious.
