so could the fatigue then stem from alternative causes like poor sleep? How could I maintain energy levels if therapeutic effects diminish? The effects were drastic yet my sleep, etc. didn't drastically change while the therapeutic effects diminished. So it doesn't make sense to me... Could stress be diminishing the effects?

Brief Answer:
Please exclude hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, Hello again,

I would like to exclude hypothyroidism as a cause of the symptoms of fatigue and sleeping difficulties.

So, I would recommend that you get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4, and TSH...If this is excluded then lack of energy could be due to low blood pressure or low blood glucose levels while lack of sleep could be attributed to anxiety...

I hope you find this helpful..
