Question : I bleached my hair 2 days ago with the same bleach/hair XXXXXXX I've been using for years, the next day I noticed the lymph nodes behind my ears were very tender, today I woke up and they're very swollen,hard and even more painful/sensitive, the left side feels worse than the right side. I'm not sure if that's related to the hair XXXXXXX or if it could be more serious. I have no other symptoms.

Do you have any other symptoms like evening rise in temperature, weight loss, or any chronic cough, or any decreased weight.

Hair bleach will not cause lymph node swelling.

Lymphnode swelling suggests any underlying infection.

If pain gets worse, or the lymph swelling gets increased, I suggest you to consult doctor for physical examination at the earliest.

As i said before I have no other symptoms, just the swollen painful lymph nodes on each side of my jaw. Left side more swollen than right. No other symptoms. It's been 2 days.
