I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I can say you to stay calm, I understand that it is hurting a lot but fortunately it is a superficial burn and in very small surface.
I can recommend you to put dermazin cream (silver sulphadiasine) ointment found otc in pharmacy.
Also you can continue to put cold compresses and you can take ibuprofen for pain.
