Brief Answer:
Seems like diarrhea predominant IBS
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think you are having diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome( IBS) that might be aggravated by prolonged sitting.
Generally, it will settle on its own with conservative measures.
As of now avoid drinks with caffeine (like coffee and soda), carbonated drinks as they worsen the symptoms. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety as they can make symptoms like diarrhea worse.
If diarrhea persists, you can try anti-diarrhea medications like loperamide (Imodium) which can provide symptomatic relief. In severe cases, you should consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
