Brief Answer:
You should get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Any swelling in the neck should be investigated.

I prefer the FNAC(FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY)test. It will give a clue regarding the nature of the lesion. At the age of 24, it could be Nonspecific lymphadenitis. Antibiotics like Amoxicillin along with Anti-inflammatory tablet should be taken.

If FNAC is inconclusive, then entire swelling has to be removed surgically and send for Histopathological examination (Biopsy).

Not to worry.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wishing you good health.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Infection in the mouth can be the reason

Detailed Answer:
Hi
If infection is present near your painful wisdom teeth,it can cause enlarged lymph nodes due to spread of infection through Lymphatics.
Then, you can consult a Dental Surgeon and proceed further.
