Question : I can't able to sit in the floor for more than 30 mins(without sitting in the chair) as I am getting heavy back pain.

Is it in the lower back?Is the pain radiating to the thighs or legs?
Have you taken any medicines for pain?
Is the pain seen for first time or it comes often?
Did the pain start after any injury before developing this pain?
Is the pain present through out the day or is it on and off?
