Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
The throat pain might be due to acid reflux.
For relief-
1. Take Pantoprazole twice a day before food for 4 weeks
2. Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, chocolates, spicy food
3. Eat multiple smaller meals
4. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food
Your lower abdominal pain does not seem to be related to it (pain below the belly button).
Is it on the right lower abdomen or left lower?
How are your bowel movements?
Any discomfort during urination?
Any white discharge?
Regards
