Question : I consulted you a couple of weeks ago. My situation has not resolved yet. maybe I need a stronger medication. This should have been completely cleared up by now. I did not see a physician here in the USA. what do you recommend?

I have gone through your query and it might be related to trauma during masturbation.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
This should resolve your problem.
