Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Actually covid 19 testing is not 100 percent sensitive.
Out of 100 cases, upto 30 may be false negative.
But you do not need to worry, get few tests done to confirm that you are out of danger.
1. CBC
2. D-DIMER
3. CRP
4.CHEST-XRAY PA VIEW.
And take antiemetic drugs like pantoprazole plus domperidone, whenever required.
