I am sorry for my late response.
Based on the fact that you dont have any other symptoms the pain can be related just to a pulled muscle.
I recommend to do a chest x ray and an abdominal ultrasound to exclude other possible causes.
Meanwhile, I suggest to use anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
I also recommend to use an anti inflammatory gel for local properties.
