                                    Brief Answer:
Avoid rice, sugar and sweets, exercise regularly.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I have gone through the attached report.
The main culprit is lack of exercise and eating carbohydrate rich foods.
You must avoid rice items in your diet.
And strictly reduce sugar containing foods and oily foods.
Exercise regularly, at least 3 days in a week.
You must stop smoking if you do.
I hope that answers your query.
Best regards

Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX for your response.
I will follow the diet you mentioned, along with exercise.
I forgot to mention earlier that I also have been having a constipation problem from many years (More than 20 years now). I have been following mostly Ayurvedic products for the same. Let me know any suggestions for constipation too.
Thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
Ayurvedic products are not scientific and cause more problems than solving
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Please discontinue ayurvedic products completely.
Latest research has shown very serious long term side effects with real ayurvedic products as most of them contain heavy metals like mercury, lead, arsenic, plutonium etc.
It is best to increase fiber content in your diet.
Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Make a habit of going to the toilet at one particular time of the day whether you feel the urge or not.
Drink plenty of water.
Exercise.
You can take Cremaffin plus or duphalac syrup for constipation upon consultation with your local doctor.
Isaphgul husk is also useful.
I hope that answers your query.
Best wishes
