                                    Brief Answer:
Not related to pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild cramps and the back pain after ovulation is not an early sign of preganncy. This can happen due to gas and indigestion or posture related back pain. You can improve your food habits and take a mild pain killer or antispasmodic for relief.
It is too early right now to get any early signs of pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Ultrasound scan can rule out a cyst.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Ovarian cyst is less likely if your are getting regular periods. An ultrasound scan can confirm this.
