Question : I feel cramps and backache since my ovulation day today I%E2%80%99m 4 dpo and still having this cramps in different time in a day but it is wired for me Is this could be a early sign of pregnancy or it may indicate other problems ? Thank you

I have gone through your query with diligence. There are two possibilities in your case.
1. This can be the sign of implantation (early pregnancy sign).
2. It can be due to Ovarian cyst
A physical examination by gynecologist and ultrasound examination will be helpful to rule out Ovarian cyst.
You can use hot water bag to apply for 5 minutes on and off to get relief. You can also take Acetaminophen 500 mg. If not getting relief then better to consult your GP or Gynecologist.
