Question : I feel like ive got too much blood sugar and blood fat and im feeling quite ill. Ive started eating healthily and i was wondering if that will lower my levels and how quickly

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should get further tested doing
Glucose levels fasting and post prandial
HbA1c
Triglycerides
LDL, HDL, cholesterol
If the values of these tests come out high you may undergo a low carbohydrates and low fat diet. This will normalise the levels of glucose and data in blood.
Also grapefruit juice is known to lower the fat levels in blood.
Also you should increase your physical activity and exercising.
